SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE

| Ingredients |
Blend 1 tablespoon of All Seasons Organic Spirulina in 2 cups of fruit juice (apple, orange, pineapple, peach or blend). For thickness add fruit (banana, berries, apple, peach, orange, pear). For extra nuttiness add almonds or sunflower seed. For more flavours, add vanilla or lime to suit your taste.This recipe can also be used to make a Chlorella Smoothie (using 2 teaspoons of Chlorella Powder) or a Wheat Grass Smoothie (using 2 teaspoons of Wheat Grass Powder). |

Mix well in a blender. Makes 2 servings. |

SPIRULINA VEGGIE SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
Blend 1 tablespoons All Seasons Organic Spirulina in 2 cups of vegetable juice (carrot, tomato, celery or blend).
For thickness add vegetables. For extra nuttiness add almonds or sunflower seed. For flavors, add herbs and spices (parsley, dill weed, cayenne, horseradish) to suit your taste. |

THE ULTIMATE SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
1 or 2 fairly ripe organic bananas 2 heaped teaspoons of All Seasons Organic Spirulina powder 2 tablespoons of organic linseed oil 250ml approx Rice Dream or Oatly 200ml approx of filtered water.
The following ingredients are optional, depending on your mood. The seeds add protein to the smoothie, the berries add more antioxidant power:
1 - 4 tablespoons of organic frozen mixed berries (extra yummy anti-oxidants) 1 tablespoon of ground linseeds (thickens the shake if you only want to use 1 banana, it also helps constipation and rehydration. Don't use unground seeds) 1 tablespoon of ground pumpkinseeds (provides zinc).

| Method |
You will need a hand blender. Put all the ingredients in the plastic beaker, dry ingredients first. Whizz until smooth and enjoy! Makes 2 servings. |

SPIRULINA GUACOMOLE DIP |
| Ingredients |
1 teaspoon of All Seasons Organic Spirulina, 2 avocados, a pinch of cayenne pepper, fresh lime juice to taste, 2 chopped medium tomatoes, 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt to taste. |
| Method |
Add all ingredients to blender and blend well. Serve with crudités or corn chips.Spirulina gives guacamole a stunning colour! Makes 2 servings. |

SPIRULINA FACE PACK |
| Ingredients |
Mix half a teaspoon of All Seasons Organic Spirulina powder or two crushed tablets with either olive oil, water, yoghurt, or your favourite mask. The Spirulina face pack has a triple action: cleansing, relaxing and nourishing the skin. A Spirulina face pack can be used for every skin-type, but it especially helps with greasy or problem skin. |
| Method |
Apply the mixture to thoroughly cleansed skin and let it soak in for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. |

WHEAT GRASS SUPER JUICE SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
1/4 lime, peeled 2 apples - any type except Granny Smiths as they don't juice well 1/4 pineapple 1/4 medium cucumber ½ ripe avocado 4 teaspoons of Wheat Grass powder 1 level teaspoon of All Seasons Spirulina Ice cubes |
| Method |
Juice the apples, pineapple, cucumber and lime. Put the avocado flesh into a blender with the ice, Wheat Grass and Spirulina. Blend everything until smooth, pour and enjoy. Makes 4 servings. |

WHEAT GRASS BOOSTER SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
½ large pineapple 2 apples ½ mug Alfalfa sprouts ½ mug watercress ½ mug parsley ½ mug kale ½ mug broccoli 1 teaspoon of Wheat Grass Powder 2 ice cubes |
| Method |
Juice all the ingredients and add the Wheat Grass powder. Pour into a glass over the ice. Makes 1 serving. |

WHEAT GRASS DETOX SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
2 apples ½ cucumber 1 stick celery 1 small handful of spinach Ice cubes 1 heaped teaspoon of Wheat Grass Powder (if desired, you could also add a handful of mixed green leaves such as watercress, parsley or lettuce). |
| Method |
Juice the apples, cucumber, celery and spinach. Pour into blender and add ice and Wheat Grass Powder. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. If you also use mixed green leaves, simply juice these along with the other ingredients and then add the ice. Makes 1 serving. |

WHEAT GRASS SUPER JUICE |
| Ingredients |
2 sticks of celery ½ medium cucumber 1 small handful of spinach 1 heaped teaspoon of Wheat Grass Powder 1 slice of orange 2 ice cubes . |
| Method |
Juice the celery, cucumber, spinach and Wheat Grass. Add ice to a glass and pour in the pure green super juice. After each mouthful, take a bite of the orange. Makes 1 serving. |

ULTIMATE GREEN FOOD SMOOTHIE |
| Ingredients |
2 apples A small chunk of carrot 1 stick of celery ½ teaspoon Spirulina Powder ½ teaspoon Chlorella Powder ½ teaspoon Wheat Grass powder 1 large handful of mixed green leaves - watercress, kale, parsley, spinach or whatever other green leafy vegetables are available 1 inch chunk of cucumber 1 inch of broccoli stem 1 small handful Alfalfa sprouts 1 inch slice unpeeled raw beetroot 1 inch slice courgette 1 small piece of lemon, preferably wax-free, with rind on 1 inch slice ginger 2 ice cubes |
| Method |
Feed all the ingredients into a Juicer, chopped into whatever size the machine will take. Then pour the juice into a liquidiser and add the Spirulina, Chlorella and Wheat Grass Powders. Pour over ice and Feel the Energy! Makes 2 servings. |
